Please note the two search buttons to the left. One is for the GMLS (Floyd) Search and the other for FMLS (Bartow) Search.
Georgia has two multiple listing services, GMLS and FMLS. Listings can be placed in one or the other...or in both. Most agents in Floyd County (as well as Polk and other counties to the Northwest) only use GMLS while most agents in Bartow County (Including Gordon, Cherokee, Paulding and Metro Atlanta)only use FMLS. I place all my listings in both search engines.
